Exchange & Return

No statutory right of withdrawal — but a fair, voluntary exchange instead.

1. Legal starting point

Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. Such a right exists only insofar as the seller grants it voluntarily.

2. Voluntary exchange (14 days)

There is no right of return with a refund of the purchase price. However, we grant you a voluntary exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods — for a different size or a different product. The condition is that the goods are unworn, undamaged, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

3. Excluded from exchange

• pieces made to order (Made-to-Order, in particular the Milk & Honey line),
• unique items and one-off pieces (marked as «Unikat»),
• personalised items or items made to your specifications,
• blind-buy items (e.g. the Lucky Headband — excluded from exchange and refund),
• for hygiene reasons, accessories worn directly on the skin or in the hair, once they have been used.

4. How the exchange works

Report the exchange within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to info@lamentine.com — stating the order number and the items concerned. We will confirm the exchange and let you know the return address. You bear the costs and the transport risk of the return; we recommend a trackable shipping method.

5. Warranty remains unaffected

Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected by this voluntary exchange. Report defects by e-mail to info@lamentine.com.
