General Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions (GTC) for orders in the online shop of Lamentine, Zürich (hereinafter «Lamentine»). As of: July 2026.

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders concluded through Lamentine's online shop. By submitting an order you accept these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order. Orders can be placed exclusively by persons who have reached the age of 18.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding offer. By clicking the «Buy» button you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded upon completion of the ordering process.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax. The available payment methods are shown to you during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and shipping

Shipping costs amount to CHF 10.00 for an order value below CHF 150.00. From an order value of CHF 150.00 shipping is free of charge.

For products made specially to order («Made to Order»), the delivery time is usually 1–4 weeks.

We accept no liability for customs duties, import charges or other costs arising in connection with shipping abroad. Likewise, we are not liable for consignments that are lost in transit.

5. Exchange and return

There is no right of return. However, an exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods — for a different size or a different product. The condition is that the goods are in flawless, unworn and undamaged condition. The costs of the return are borne by the customer. Details and exclusions can be found on the page Exchange & return.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Lamentine until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Our pieces are handmade — small irregularities are part of the product's character and do not constitute a defect. Please report obvious defects to us by e-mail to info@lamentine.com within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods.
